I’m the designer behind Pleasantly Anxious. I create friendly, useful resources for UK estate agents, so their landlords, vendors and tenants get clarity without the corporate vibe.I’ve been part of our family estate agency business for over 16 years, giving me a front-row seat to the ever-changing world of property marketing. While I love the people side of the industry, I’ve always been drawn to the creative side, from designing brochures and information packs to creating website content, social media posts, checklists and marketing materials that help estate agents stand out.Through years of creating content for the UK property market, I noticed a frustrating gap: most digital templates and resources were designed for the American real estate industry, with very little tailored to how estate agents actually work here in the UK.That’s what inspired me to start creating practical, professional and easy-to-use templates designed specifically for UK estate agents who want to save time and market their businesses with confidence.
